Pope Encourages Young Man Fearful of the Future

This is of course, reminiscent of the chance meeting that Jesus had with a troubled young man. Then, as now, young people need words of encouragement and hope and guidance through the challenges that they face. While Pope Leo’s words are comforting, any youth would be newly encouraged and inspired by the words of Jesus, spoken over 2000 years ago to another young man on the mountainside in Crete.
