Q: Are Satan and Lucifer the same person? Was Satan / Lucifer the twin of the Angel Michael?

The belief that Michael is an archangel is a misconception. Michael is a universe name—a title—and the universe order to which our sovereign Son, Jesus, belongs. He is a “Michael Son.” He is, and always was, a mighty force for goodness, however, and it is easy to see how the confusion arose during the times of the writing of Scripture.
