The Urantia Book that you can read and listen to on both of these websites is one and the same book. In the past few years, an effort was undertaken to standardize the text of The Urantia Book, and this was undertaken through Urantia Foundation’s initiative. The standardization had mostly to do with the page/paper/section/paragraph referencing. That standardization is now complete.

TruthBook.com uses the very same text, but without page numbers, and in the following format—paper:section.paragraph. This change was adopted in order to eliminate any confusion regarding page numbers, which are different in several editions of The Urantia Book that have been published by other organizations.

None of these changes affects the text of The Urantia Book—only the referencing system. So, you can feel confident in perusing the revelation of The Urantia Book on either site. Both present a different feel and focus, as explained above…but the text is the same, and all references are standard, except for page numbering.
