I am very sorry to hear about the recent death of your boyfriend; please accept my condolences. It is completely natural that you miss him and miss the times when you could speak freely to him. Fortunately, the loving relationship that you and he shared is eternal, and it will never die; when you pass from this earth you can expect a joyful reunion in the worlds on high. In the meantime, you have your memories of the love and the life that you shared together; this is the way that we keep our loved ones close to us until we see them again. And these memories will always be fresh and comforting. In your quiet prayer times, just remember him – remember happy times, great conversations that you shared, and the loving companionship between the two of you; ask God in prayer for his reassurance that you and your boyfriend will meet again someday.
