Hello fellow UB readers O:) .

I've really been considering teaching my children some stories and concepts that are based on the Urantia Book.

Does anyone know of any online material, lesson plans or outlines that have been developed to teach children? Or are there any particular books that have been published for this specific purpose?

Thanks for your help.

God bless,
Sky Sentry

Yes, Sky.

Bob Slagel, a family counselor and psychologist of many years and of high repute among Urantian factions, has written a number of books, including a children's book ... it's called Tales of Joshua. I'm sorry, I don't know how you would order one, but they have been sanctioned by the Fellowship so maybe even on TruthBook here. Or try Googling Bob Slagel Tales of Joshua. I hope it is not out of print. If so, try Amazon.com's used book section.

Another fellow who writes for children exclusively, is Steve Tiller, out of Atlanta; he has a solid UB base and writes accordingly, but his stories are not as overtly UB as Bob Slagel's. Nonetheless, Steve's would be great stories to read to your children.

Best wishes.

Two books come to mind. The Young Child's Guide to the UB by Mary Ebben and Tales of Joshua by Robert Slagle. As far as I know, both are available through Morningstar Foundation, their email is havona@new.rr.com. Morningstar is run by Mark Kulieke and Pat Hilger, they took over all of Good Cheer's products and will send anyone who requests a basic catalog of all the secondary works they offer.
