New Horizons only hours from a historic close encounter with Pluto.
Not one word in the news that I can find. Its all politics. Almost like there is no interest.

The actual live fly-by was a little anti-climactic because it takes so long for its signal to reach us. During the fly-by I used the NASA app that simulated the event nicely. It really ripped past the planet. News is picking up already:
