Hi Gerdean, my name is John. I take the statement to mean that man has no inherant right to dominance over woman. Men have presumed this right throughout history to the great detriment of the moral evolution of societies. The Ubook discusses some of the differences between the psycology of men and women. These differences are designed to be complimental. Only as equals can these differences be blended and applied toward meaningful solutions to social growth. Would history have seen as many wars if a woman's perspective had been given equal value in political decision making?
Look at Egypt today. I believe the social revolution that just took place worked because it was formrented on social networks and had an equality of influence. Guess what? Very little bloodshed by comparison to social revolutions of the past.
Give man the gifts you are willing to give, but never loose yor voice. We need your perspective greatly.

P.S. Jesus had a corps of 70 female evangelists who did far more healings and service to their fellows than any of the apostles.

Haha yea if the demonstrater's where all men in egypt there would have been alot of bloodshed!. That would have been one scary mob.

ideally it's for eternity, that when one of the couple dies they don't remarry and just look forward to being with that person for eternity or until the universe ends. but it's on a moment to moment basis depending on the behavior of the man.

First time characteristic patriarchal situations developed in Mesopotamian civilization when agricultural society's law codes were based on property relationships. In such societies, marriages were arranged for women by their parents based on the property owned by the man. And the male served as authority over women. This was a very common and clear pattern in Chinese civilization that extended in other countries like India, Western Europe too. In addition, Patriarchalism related to economic and land conditions in agricultural societies, and might deepen over time. According to Kramer's book on History Begins at Sumer, in Sumerian law the disloyalty of a wife was liable to be punished by death, while a husband's disloyalty was treated far more lightly- a double standard attribute of patriarchalism.

Are we all in agreement that here on Earth Men have yet to fully accept women as equals, But that there are growing number to that fact. And this descussions it just laying down the information we all have discovered to raise the issue to a Higher understanding?

If so ....

Any comments that seem to want to hold Women to a different status is evidance that there is still much work to be done to help people grow to let go of Old-long-held Beliefs that have never had any thing to do with Truth so much as had to do with the Errors of Human evolution.

As for me i see many avenue for the Healing of our past, even the need for many to begin to refere to God as Female in-order to gain perspective.

And it is a gift of our T.A. that many of us can now percieve God as More and have no need for a Human Identity destinction.
That Love being the best Identity Expression, Which gives us no reason to question Equality issues because it is not an issue.

Yet here we are on this planet, Living out our best capacity for spirit reflection in Human form...We must help address the issues in this life that hold us back from becoming a World raining in Light and Life.

If i missed something plz let me know.
