Bradly thank you for the excellent presentation and collection of quotes on this topic. '

But once again what should be edifying is already showing signs of crumbling into antagonism, which perhaps is fine, and if it is then go ahead and rock out. However I was reminded of a story from my Christian training and if there is a lesson in it then good, or if I am being presumptuous or speaking out of turn then please forgive me.

The story comes from Ulrich Zwingli, a leader of the Protestant Reformation in Switzerland in the early 1500s. He and Martin Luther, the catalyst for the Reformation, were locked in a serious dispute, and Zwingli was at a loss in trying to resolve the conflict. He found the solution one morning while gazing at the side of a mountain.

He observed two goats approaching each other on a narrow path on the mountainside, one going up and the other going down. Upon seeing one another they stopped, then lowered their heads. It appeared they were about to charge each other. However, instead of butting heads, the goat ascending the mountain lay down on the path. The descending goat was able to step over the other’s back, and the animals were able to proceed unimpeded.

If the goats had chosen to butt heads, one may have prevailed. But the result might also have been disastrous for both. So one bowed before the other, in effect humbling itself, which eventually enabled it to advance higher.

So....we know (we being students of the UB) that the text teaches us that evolution is deliberate and purposeful and planned and managed. The biological manipulations of evolution end on every world the moment that the world is declared populated by its first humans connected to all 7 Adjutants, including the highest 2, the adjutants of worship and wisdom. Evolution does not end but its focus of management and its agents of leadership and administration change from physical and biological and mind ministry evolution to mind ministry + spiritual and social/cultural evolution (mind ministry is common to both segments and divisions of planetary evolution - before human life appears and after human life appears).

Now begins the cycle of planetary life and evolution whereby the personal religious experience delivers the cause and effects Mortal Epochs of evolutionary religion. Bio evolution from this time forward is limited to natural adaptation plus the contribution of violet blood/genetics by the Material Son and Daughter and the appearance of the biological races of color and the admixture results over the ages of the original evolutionary humans, the evolutionary colored races which appear soon after the original or aboriginal race(s) (usually), and the blood of Adam and Eve's bio children.

Remember, humanity begins at the very same moment that religious experience and evolutionary religion begins on a world. Personality and free will arrive at that same time as well. We know that personality and free will are gifts of God to each human being. So is the religious experience and faith itself likewise gifts of the creators and Deity to each bona-fide human born on the 7 trillion planets of material evolutionary origin. Our personal religious experience evolves and progresses primarily according to our self choosing to embrace the inner relationship with Spirit that is given and nurtured BY the Spirit. This is the primary function OF free will....which nature of our dual nature will become dominant over time?

Will it be the material life and lower 5 adjutants life of the animal nature of our evolutionary origins? Or will it be spiritual life and higher adjutants and the Holy Spirit endowments of the spirit nature of our evolutionary origins? For we are born with both. We originate with both natures. And they are NOT incompatible. There is no natural dispute I do not think. Each nature does need balanced and harmonized with the other. But there is no need to forsake one for the other. Our material nature is not evil or undesirable or ugly. It is miraculous and wondrous and a spectacular vehicle of urges and senses and energy and abilities with which to experience and to express the gift of life we have been given.

But this bio unit also has mind and spirit. For balance and optimal operational performance per our design and engineering and construction, we should use our power of free will and choice to have mind dominate our body vehicle of senses and urges and we should learn to allow our spirit nature to dominate our mind and its ability to harmonize both the material and the spirit natures with which we are born. The gratification of bodily urges and senses and the pleasures of self indulgences must be tempered and managed by experience, maturity, and wisdom as acquired and learned over time as we come to understand the consequences of short sighted self indulgence on body and on mind or the reaping of the seeds sown - the outcomes and repercussions of free will choice. Such intelligent response to cause and effect is not religious but is merely a practical outcome of thinking and learning by the integration of the adjutant connections and circuit of mind. But mind alone can only evolve so far without the influence of spirit and religious experience...and it's not that far I do not think. We cannot merely think our way our of barbarity and savagery.

At the same time we are learning about the importance of self as compared to importance of others and we are learning to apply our innate sense of duty and loyalty and love to others and to temper this inherent love of self and self importance with the also natural urge to love others and to serve others and to experience those feelings which come by such choices...the feeling of happiness. Again, experience, maturity, and wisdom combine to bring understanding and appreciation for the causes and effects in life....material effects and happiness or spiritual effects. We are built to be happy and to seek happiness. We may seek happiness in innumerable ways and foolish ways and me first, selfish ways....but we will only find happiness one way and that is the spirit led religious experience. Happiness is a function of spirit and the reality circuit of love.. Self satisfaction may come by pleasure and indulgence but soon wanes and disappoints and leads only to an unfulfilled desire for more of the same....but in pursuit of something else, something more, something else more real and satisfying.

The only cure for such a yearn and hunger and thirst is truth. Truth is far more than that which is true. That which is true is a fact. But truth is an understanding of a relationship between facts or persons or persons and facts. Truth is a juxtaposition and confluence and conjunction that requires an objective perspective to discern and to understand the meaning within the relationship. Truth and its discovery delivers fulfilment and personal satisfaction I think. Understanding and discovery and learning deliver satisfaction.

We are told that we become more and more objective and less and less subjective as we gain experiential wisdom and spiritualization. But the key to happiness is the love circuit discovery! When we give love, we receive love. We may give love to God and we may give love to others (self adoration and importance is not connected to this circuit) and when we do we are immediately energized and encircuited into a real current of real energy and power that is felt and is transforming and empowering and addictive.

The Spirit within, including the Holy Spirit and Spirit of Truth and the Thought Adjuster, are each and all the source of the yearn and hunger and thirst and the source of the satisfaction and happiness reaction and result which comes as a result of our responses to the Spirit and our choices based on that relationship between us and the Spirit within. This is personal religious experience. It has profound results, repercussions, and consequences within each person and to all persons and to all persons over time, generation after generation, not only by aggregation effects but also by integrated evolutionary progressive effects too. The source of spiritual urges and satisfactions and the circuit of love and mind and spirit and personality who make all these gifts to us children of time, also provide the functional rewards of faith and happiness...all the fruits of the vine and spirit are also gifts remember. We do not create them or grow them. We are but the branch upon which they are grown...if by our free will we so choose to attach our branch of life to the living vine.

This does not happen without free will and our personal choice and choosing all through this material life. Transformation and spiritual progress is not automatic or required or forced...it is only a function of our free will and our own embrace of experiential wisdom by the evolutionary process of spiritization and cooperation with the giver of gifts and our ability and willingness to choose mind over matter and spirit over mind in the pursuit of happiness and the production of the fruits of the spirit by our free will choices. Or so I understand the Revelation to teach.

143:2.4 (1609.5) “By the old way you seek to suppress, obey, and conform to the rules of living; by the new way you are first transformed by the Spirit of Truth and thereby strengthened in your inner soul by the constant spiritual renewing of your mind, and so are you endowed with the power of the certain and joyous performance of the gracious, acceptable, and perfect will of God. Forget not—it is your personal faith in the exceedingly great and precious promises of God that ensures your becoming partakers of the divine nature. Thus by your faith and the spirit’s transformation, you become in reality the temples of God, and his spirit actually dwells within you. If, then, the spirit dwells within you, you are no longer bondslaves of the flesh but free and liberated sons of the spirit. The new law of the spirit endows you with the liberty of self-mastery in place of the old law of the fear of self-bondage and the slavery of self-denial.

143:2.5 (1609.6) “Many times, when you have done evil, you have thought to charge up your acts to the influence of the evil one when in reality you have but been led astray by your own natural tendencies. Did not the Prophet Jeremiah long ago tell you that the human heart is deceitful above all things and sometimes even desperately wicked? How easy for you to become self-deceived and thereby fall into foolish fears, divers lusts, enslaving pleasures, malice, envy, and even vengeful hatred!

143:2.6 (1610.1) “Salvation is by the regeneration of the spirit and not by the self-righteous deeds of the flesh. You are justified by faith and fellowshipped by grace, not by fear and the self-denial of the flesh, albeit the Father’s children who have been born of the spirit are ever and always masters of the self and all that pertains to the desires of the flesh. When you know that you are saved by faith, you have real peace with God. And all who follow in the way of this heavenly peace are destined to be sanctified to the eternal service of the ever-advancing sons of the eternal God. Henceforth, it is not a duty but rather your exalted privilege to cleanse yourselves from all evils of mind and body while you seek for perfection in the love of God.

143:2.7 (1610.2) “Your sonship is grounded in faith, and you are to remain unmoved by fear. Your joy is born of trust in the divine word, and you shall not therefore be led to doubt the reality of the Father’s love and mercy. It is the very goodness of God that leads men into true and genuine repentance. Your secret of the mastery of self is bound up with your faith in the indwelling spirit, which ever works by love. Even this saving faith you have not of yourselves; it also is the gift of God. And if you are the children of this living faith, you are no longer the bondslaves of self but rather the triumphant masters of yourselves, the liberated sons of God.

143:2.8 (1610.3) “If, then, my children, you are born of the spirit, you are forever delivered from the self-conscious bondage of a life of self-denial and watchcare over the desires of the flesh, and you are translated into the joyous kingdom of the spirit, whence you spontaneously show forth the fruits of the spirit in your daily lives; and the fruits of the spirit are the essence of the highest type of enjoyable and ennobling self-control, even the heights of terrestrial mortal attainment—true self-mastery.”

Thank you for taking the time to share quotes and perspectives on this thread. The post, above, especially, is one of the most logical, yet inspiring descriptions of evolution and free will that I have come across. It really ties a lot of loose ends together for me!

But in all of this religious evolution the moral element was never wholly absent. The impulse of the God within man was always potent. And these powerful influences—one human and the other divine—insured the survival of religion throughout the vicissitudes of the ages and that notwithstanding it was so often threatened with extinction by a thousand subversive tendencies and hostile antagonisms.

103:5.1 The early evolutionary mind gives origin to a feeling of social duty and moral obligation derived chiefly from emotional fear. The more positive urge of social service and the idealism of altruism are derived from the direct impulse of the divine spirit indwelling the human mind.

103:5.2 This idea-ideal of doing good to others—the impulse to deny the ego something for the benefit of one's neighbor—is very circumscribed at first. Primitive man regards as neighbor only those very close to him, those who treat him neighborly; as religious civilization advances, one's neighbor expands in concept to embrace the clan, the tribe, the nation. And then Jesus enlarged the neighbor scope to embrace the whole of humanity, even that we should love our enemies. And there is something inside of every normal human being that tells him this teaching is moral—right. Even those who practice this ideal least, admit that it is right in theory.

"Reactions" not the same as the motivation or impulse for religion. If worship reveals the total connectedness of the life from one individual, then worship cannot be apart from intuition. That is like to say there is a Son and a Spirit: where is the foundation. If a creature does not worship, I would at least such creature could share in my act of worshipping the universal father. How do I do that by experiencing a connectiong in the empathy of a creature, and observing and nourshing the goodness of the life within them.

Are you saying that we come out of our mothers' wombs encircuited by the Holy Spirit? Are you saying we are born with souls?

I am saying we are born as people, not as animals. I don't think we are born with souls but I do think we are born with personality or receive very soon thereafter. We are not born as animals and then become people. The definition of that species differential as I understand it is connection to the entire adjutant circuit. As the Holy Spirit prepares the human mind, which is already human obviously, for the birth of soul, I would assume the connection to the Holy Spirit occurs either with the arrival of personality or sometime between then and the birth of soul.

Are there criteria or achievements that must be met before the human mind is encircuited by the Holy Spirit?

Based on my understanding children are certainly connected to the Holy Spirit and are so prior to the birth of soul. But I am happy to hear your own opinions on the matter and welcome any text which adds clarity to discussion and understanding.

92:0.1 (1003.1) MAN possessed a religion of natural origin as a part of his evolutionary experience long before any systematic revelations were made on Urantia. But this religion of natural origin was, in itself, the product of man’s superanimal endowments. Evolutionary religion arose slowly throughout the millenniums of mankind’s experiential career through the ministry of the following influences operating within, and impinging upon, savage, barbarian, and civilized man:

92:0.2 (1003.2) 1. The adjutant of worship—the appearance in animal consciousness of superanimal potentials for reality perception. This might be termed the primordial human instinct for Deity.

92:0.3 (1003.3) 2. The adjutant of wisdom—the manifestation in a worshipful mind of the tendency to direct its adoration in higher channels of expression and toward ever-expanding concepts of Deity reality.

92:0.4 (1003.4) 3. The Holy Spirit—this is the initial supermind bestowal, and it unfailingly appears in all bona fide human personalities. This ministry to a worship-craving and wisdom-desiring mind creates the capacity to self-realize the postulate of human survival, both in theologic concept and as an actual and factual personality experience.

92:0.5 (1003.5) The co-ordinate functioning of these three divine ministrations is quite sufficient to initiate and prosecute the growth of evolutionary religion. These influences are later augmented by Thought Adjusters, seraphim, and the Spirit of Truth, all of which accelerate the rate of religious development. These agencies have long functioned on Urantia, and they will continue here as long as this planet remains an inhabited sphere. Much of the potential of these divine agencies has never yet had opportunity for expression; much will be revealed in the ages to come as mortal religion ascends, level by level, toward the supernal heights of morontia value and spirit truth.

You may say whatever you wish...but it would help to post text which supports what you say....or it is just your own opinion after all.

As I understand it you believe your house ferns and pet dog worship God through you vicariously and your empathetic connection to plants and animals. You are claiming that Deity exists within and is expressed in plants and animals and can be connected by people. You are not alone in such beliefs. Does the UB support such beliefs? Or are such beliefs primitive leftovers from the superstitions of our past? Are they based on universe reality? Or part of our Evolutionary Religion past?

For example, we are told that people have believed that the spirit was to be found within trees/plants or animals/totems or rocks/mountains or fire/sun and would approach God through gifts and prayers to such representatives of the Spirit. THIS is not true and is a very primitive belief of our evolutionary past.

It is my own opinion that since the spirit of Deity cannot be found to reside within plants or animals and since they are not connected to the adjutants of worship, then logically neither do they, are they, or can they worship God vicariously through you or any person. Which is not to say that there isn't some kind of empathetic and responsive connection that exists between people and animals or people and plants...in fact I think there is such a connection and perhaps it is a connection of empathy...I don't know. I do think that the text below tells us that nature and animals do provide a lens and glimpse to the imperfect human mind of the Divine perfection in the source of all life and energy forces and creation....but not any form of connection TO it.

Please do some UB research and let us know what you find. Thanks.

Let's consider:

4:2.3 (56.7) Nature is a time-space resultant of two cosmic factors: first, the immutability, perfection, and rectitude of Paradise Deity, and second, the experimental plans, executive blunders, insurrectionary errors, incompleteness of development, and imperfection of wisdom of the extra-Paradise creatures, from the highest to the lowest. Nature therefore carries a uniform, unchanging, majestic, and marvelous thread of perfection from the circle of eternity; but in each universe, on each planet, and in each individual life, this nature is modified, qualified, and perchance marred by the acts, the mistakes, and the disloyalties of the creatures of the evolutionary systems and universes; and therefore must nature ever be of a changing mood, whimsical withal, though stable underneath, and varied in accordance with the operating procedures of a local universe.

4:2.4 (57.1) Nature is the perfection of Paradise divided by the incompletion, evil, and sin of the unfinished universes. This quotient is thus expressive of both the perfect and the partial, of both the eternal and the temporal. Continuing evolution modifies nature by augmenting the content of Paradise perfection and by diminishing the content of the evil, error, and disharmony of relative reality.

4:2.5 (57.2) God is not personally present in nature or in any of the forces of nature, for the phenomenon of nature is the superimposition of the imperfections of progressive evolution and, sometimes, the consequences of insurrectionary rebellion, upon the Paradise foundations of God’s universal law. As it appears on such a world as Urantia, nature can never be the adequate expression, the true representation, the faithful portrayal, of an all-wise and infinite God.

4:2.6 (57.3) Nature, on your world, is a qualification of the laws of perfection by the evolutionary plans of the local universe. What a travesty to worship nature because it is in a limited, qualified sense pervaded by God; because it is a phase of the universal and, therefore, divine power! Nature also is a manifestation of the unfinished, the incomplete, the imperfect outworkings of the development, growth, and progress of a universe experiment in cosmic evolution.

4:2.7 (57.4) The apparent defects of the natural world are not indicative of any such corresponding defects in the character of God. Rather are such observed imperfections merely the inevitable stop-moments in the exhibition of the ever-moving reel of infinity picturization. It is these very defect-interruptions of perfection-continuity which make it possible for the finite mind of material man to catch a fleeting glimpse of divine reality in time and space. The material manifestations of divinity appear defective to the evolutionary mind of man only because mortal man persists in viewing the phenomena of nature through natural eyes, human vision unaided by morontia mota or by revelation, its compensatory substitute on the worlds of time.

4:2.8 (57.5) And nature is marred, her beautiful face is scarred, her features are seared, by the rebellion, the misconduct, the misthinking of the myriads of creatures who are a part of nature, but who have contributed to her disfigurement in time. No, nature is not God. Nature is not an object of worship.

Yes, and I've been over this many, many times now. The Holy Spirit doesn't encircuit a mind until it enters the seventh psychic/cosmic circle. The Holy Spirit is the first supermind endowment. It is NOT an adjutant endowment or a circuit within the adjutant ministry to mind. The supermind is a NEW mind.

A personality enters the seventh circle with its first moral decision, therefore the Holy Spirit does not encircuit until around age six. This is because the Holy Spirit requires all seven adjutants to function first, which is a signal that the individual has made both a spiritual outreach and a wise decision, thus utilizing the two higher adjutants, and paving the way for spiritual ministry. As I've explained many times, the Holy Spirit is a spiritual ministry to the morontia mind. It is not a spiritual ministry to the adjutant mind.

The Holy Spirit is a spiritual circuit; it is NOT an adjutant circuit or a circuit meant to embellish adjutant thinking. The Holy Spirit is a spiritual ministry to the soul, a brand new mind. The adjutant mind DOES NOT have spiritual ministry. The soul DOES HAVE spiritual ministry. The adjutant mind has spiritual URGES provided by material adjutant mind ministry, but it does NOT HAVE direct spiritual ministry from the Holy Spirit.

If you believe you're thinking spiritual thoughts, it means you're thinking with your soul/supermind and have become soul-conscious. If you're being urged to pray, or to think spiritually, it's the sixth adjutant being censored by the seventh. If you've become convinced of the value, or reality, of a particular thought, then you're thinking with your soul supermind, a function of the Holy Spirit, under the illumination of the Thought Adjuster and Spirit of Truth (spiritualized thinking). You then become conscious of experiencing this spiritualized thinking within your material mind and it is called personal religious experience.

For people who have become soul-conscious, personal religious experience is a continuous event, the water of life is continually flowing from above, and spiritualized thinking becomes the norm. This means the identity is being transferred to the soul, and the soul is becoming the preferential place to think. This is thinking in the spirit which becomes living in the spirit. And once you start thinking with your soul, it's like getting glasses for the first time; things become clearer because there's more and better light to see with; it's known as spiritual insight, a personal gift from God himself. And once you begin to use spiritualized thinking to see, or to give meaning to thoughts, you realize the value of it. You soon become enlivened by the connection to the water of life which then pours out into your life as the fruits of the spirit.

Let's look at the reference. What are the superanimal endowments referred to? These two influences, although being superanimal, are still only subspiritual. They are not Deity.

But then suddenly comes Deity, the third influence, the Holy Spirit who is also superanimal but is NOT subspiritual. The Holy Spirit is the FIRST spiritual ministry to man. Here's the reference again which uses the word INITIAL to describe the Holy Spirit's supermind ministry, a mind ministry over and above the adjutant mind ministry, a new mind, appearing for the first time in the form of Deity. As explained before, the reason the Holy Spirit appears for the FIRST time is because of a moral decision indicating all the adjutants are, not only fired up and running, but the human personality is actively looking for ways to put them to use to find Deity and have a relationship with Deity.

(1003.4) 92:0.4 3. The Holy Spirit—this is the initial supermind bestowal, and it unfailingly appears in all bona fide human personalities. This ministry to a worship-craving and wisdom-desiring mind creates the capacity to self-realize the postulate of human survival, both in theologic concept and as an actual and factual personality experience.

Here is another reference which explains that the Holy Spirit is a spiritual ministry confined to the spiritual realm of the local universe. The adjutants are not part of the spiritual realm even though the spiritual realm overlaps onto the seventh and sixth adjutant ministries qualitatively.

(95.6) 8:5.3 In your sacred writings the term Spirit of God seems to be used interchangeably to designate both the Infinite Spirit on Paradise and the Creative Spirit of your local universe. The Holy Spirit is the spiritual circuit of this Creative Daughter of the Paradise Infinite Spirit. The Holy Spirit is a circuit indigenous to each local universe and is confined to the spiritual realm of that creation; but the Infinite Spirit is omnipresent.

Also, play close attention to the fact that the Holy Spirit is a supermind which only appears in BONA FIDE human personalities. One might naturally ask what a bona fide human personality is. So, the author tells us. He says in bona fide human beings the mind must be worship craving and wisdom desiring first. Obviously, anyone reading that understands that worship craving is a sixth adjutant function and wisdom desiring is a seventh adjutant function. And finally we're told that the higher adjutant mind and the soul (three ministries) are sufficient to initiate and prosecute the growth of evolutionary religion. Then of course, one wants to know what the authors mean by evolutionary religion. It simply means human religion, initially without the benefit of epochal revelation, followed by human moral and religious adaptation to epochal revelation. This does not mean that personal revelation doesn't contribute, and since personal revelation requires a divine source, for individuals without an Adjuster, it would be provided by the Holy Spirit in the soul which provides enlarged viewpoints of ethics, religion, and spirituality long before they come. The Revelation goes into great detail describing the benefits to evolutionary religion made by great religious thinking men and women throughout the ages. It also describes the many errors made by these same soul-inspired individuals who individually contributed to the growth of evolutionary religion.

I understand you believe that the Holy Spirit first contacts mortal mind only upon the choice(s) made which gives birth to soul. While I find the evidence you have posted to be very interesting regarding your belief, I do not yet personally find it particularly compelling or conclusive or proven by text (I don't think Nigel does either).

I think it an interesting point and important but not critical to my appreciation of evolutionary religious experience in the individual or related to social/cultural progress. We are told that revelatory spirit relationship arrives in children at a young age with the arrival of TA and Spirit of Truth concurrently with the birth of soul.

But it is my hope that this discussion focus on the evolutionary religious experience in the individual prior to the arrival of the TA and also the development and evolution of human religion and its impact on social/cultural evolution throughout the mortal epochs including the evolutionary effects of personal and epochal revelation.

There is already a topic and discussion about the Holy Spirit's arrival timing and ministry. I look forward to following along and learning more about it....over there.

I find your words to be reasonable. However, I wonder if in the consideration, of what Bradley is pointing at: "the nature of supermind", and I can only ask you to consider if the gift of the Holy Spirit is present in all living beings on a world, as a supermind endowment inherently existing throughout Urantian Life History, and preternatural even to this set of supermind "sponsorship" of the sixth and seventh adjutant from the Divine Minister.

Per individuality, the adjutant life function is His Life, that of the Divine Minister of Salvington, the Representative of the Third Source and Center throughout Nebadon. This is a different sentient individual compared to human individuals. I contend that the life in the Holy Spirit merely "awakens", being a preexisting spirit reality of a human individual. And so the supermind endowment of the Third Source & Center's circuit preexists the arrival of Thought Adjusters for the human individual. The Holy Spirit contains the eventuational possibility for man to exist on any planet. And the ascencion of a human individual represents the total evolution, not of a planet and its life: but rather of a fully mature ascender of Salvington, one who has gained a Diploma to enter Paradise.

I believe the Urantia Papers teaches me that religious experience involves my personal experience and work with the First Source and Center, and this I believe is true that the First Source and Center has great intentions towards every universe creature, whether existing as life within of an indistinct animal pattern, or existing within life capable of knowing the First Source and finding the Universe Center. So Revelation, is like an aspect of the Divine Ministry: Revelational Religion may be a distinct source of the Third Source and Center. But then I believe I am taught to believe, that the First Source and Center derives a set of morontial transcripts for the soul of the human inidvidual, that the human individual, in a metaphysical sense, taught to believe that HE is "reborn", as in "experiencing the kingdom of heaven as a child". Then the Thought Adjuster would be responsible for the experiencial psychological development, or "total evolution" for what was once considered out of the collective life of the Holy Spirit, in the reality of true personality, has committed to learning to do the will, which is understood to be the work of the Universal Father.

If only there was some supporting text, any at all, that supported your chronic but unsupported buddhistic claim that people pre-exist mortal birth as part of the collective Great Spirit or the Divine Being of the Holy Spirit. But there is none to post as this is but your personal belief that contradicts the UB and which it considers a primitive remnant of primitive religion.

I am unsure how you define "all living beings on a world" but the text is clear that only humans and midwayers and angels and higher beings would have the "supermind" endowment of the Holy Spirit. That would not include plants or animals.
