Good Christmas, No Sophist!

A Christmas Story

Twas days before Xmas and all was astir

Preparing festivities about to occur
With lights, ribbons and cookies to spare
With feelings of love and good will in the air

I soon received a gift from a friend
“This life” he told me, “It’s not the end.
You’ll see for yourself.” he said with a grin

As I slowly unwrapped the box it came in.
A book it was with many pages of worth.
Describing the cosmos and Urantia, (they called Earth)
Origins, histories, and destinies of glory

And this was just the start of the story.
Myriads of beings and planets and things.
Meanings, values and all that it brings.
To unity of spirit in all that embraces
Each child of God with their many, loving faces
Finally a gift that gave me a clue
To what’s ahead for me and for you
What greater gift is this,
to share upon the living
The Urantia Book
The gift that keeps on giving.

And a Merry Christmas to you, no sophist, Rick, and all here on the Forum!

What an awakening the world would experience if it could only see Jesus as he really lived on earth and know, firsthand, his life-giving teachings!

Thanks to Jesus for bringing his light to our dark world...
