Havona (including Paradise) is often referred to as the central universe, as distinct from the grand universe which encompasses all things material. It surrounds paradise and is surrounded, basically, by the seven superuniverses. As we approach the Central Universe, we are sure to encounter an increasing density of spiritual life.
The amount of mindal activity as we approach the center of all things increases at a rate that is "double hyperbolic". That is, just as mindal activity is observed to increase, so too is the magnitude of increase also increasing.
Let us consider, at this moment, the two distances: from Urantia to Uversa, and then the distance from the Seventh level of Havona Spheres until the outer edge of Paradise. The first is more than 200,000 light years.
Although in the mind distance, we could judge the distance between the seventh orbital of Havona and Paradise as being greater, there being perhaps more creatures in the midst. There are more things located between the seventh orbital of Havona and Paradise than between Urantia and Uversa, but the actual space distance between Urantia and Uversa is much greater.
There are also, in the quality of Deity Absolute, certain mindal activities that transcend physical space. For instance, Majeston can forever coordinate the activities of the 49 Reflective Spirits, and the presence of Orvonton is coexistent on Uversa as on Paradise.
From my own opinion, the space distance of the Central Universe is relatively minute. It is what you need to consider, of distancelessness on Paradise that gives a transcendent quality to the space within the Central Universe. It is like a countryside versus a city, that the entire locale is under heavy development within the Central Universe, and all of the universe is as an uncultivated blank slate, or tabla rasa.
The understanding of space within the central universe will not be truly understood until there is adequate infolding or leavening of the emergent ascending life originating in the seven universes into the central universe.

Yes, Stephen, this matters greatly. Majeston is reflectivity. For those that question its significance, are you prepared for the advent of the broadcasts
? Will you have ears to hear and eyes to see?17:1.10 Once in each Paradise millennium the Seven Supreme Executives vacate their seats of authority and go to Paradise, where they hold their millennial conclave of universal greeting and well-wishing to the intelligent hosts of creation. This eventful occasion takes place in the immediate presence of Majeston, the chief of all reflective spirit groups. And they are thus able to communicate simultaneously with all their associates in the grand universe through the unique functioning of universal reflectivity.
Prepare ye the way!

Why is it important, to consider that space is more of a determining factor in the seventh universe (here) than in the Central Universe (there)?
Because in Satania and Monmatia in particular, the physical gravity centers are located in separate positions from the spiritual & mindal gravity centers. That means that the spirit must depart from the physical body when the body dies.
We are told,
that not until we have reached the fully fledged morontial status,
when we have arrived upon Edentia,
do the physical and spiritual gravity centers align.
