And need I remind all of you about the "Climate Research Unit" email conspiracy of November 17, 2009. Termed "climategate", a hacking of the Unit's server at East Anglia University revealed clear evidence of data tampering and conspiratorial activity among the climatologists. The skeptic were finally vindicated but later crushed under the weight of the mounting fat cats. The climatologists defense was that the more than 1,000 emails, 2,000 documents were "taken out of context". And that this was a "smear campaign". How exactly does one smear slime? Do you see how history repeats itself?

The immense powers that be went into full crisis mode and quashed the rebellion, rebel scum. The fat cat was almost let out of the bag. But they insisted that there was nothing to see there and further insisted that the media pay no attention to the man behind the curtain. There was an actual climate change mitigation campaign that began in Copenhagen on December 7, 2009. Ironically, on one of the coldest days of that year. That was precious.

They got past that one, they thought, but it was razor close. And now they were to be more cautious. The hounds were sniffing about. They had gotten their scent. But the best predictor of future behavior is past behavior. There is way too much money to be made from this deception. From my accounting, they have broken at least three of the Mosaic Commandments. Don't cheat, don't steal, and don't tell lies.

61:5.8 Away from the ice the land and water life of the world was little changed. Between the ice invasions the climate was about as mild as at present, perhaps a little warmer. The glaciers were, after all, local phenomena, though they spread out to cover enormous areas. The coastwise climate varied greatly between the times of glacial inaction and those times when enormous icebergs were sliding off the coast of Maine into the Atlantic, slipping out through Puget Sound into the Pacific, and thundering down Norwegian fiords...

Do you think that an email to The Climate Research Unit with this UB quote could possibly satisfy their scientists? How long do you suppose it will take to fully investigate and understand what is the exact percentage of natural climate variation verses Human-caused climate change in Antarctica? Inquiring minds want to know and so do starving scientists. What's in your wallet?

Tired of whackin' moles yet my friend Makalu? Heckel and Jeckel are really showing their best here for sure. All scientists are crooked and stupid you know...always have been you know...that godless Newton or was it his godless books!? Can a godly scientist write a godless science toto?...really? And I'm sure you know that Exxon Mobile did not prove global warming in the 80's and have not been developing Arctic drilling plans for 25 years based on their own internal engineering and scientific research (now in the public domain), which convinced EM of 3 things: start getting ready for the Arctic melt in the 90's, predict global warming before anyone else and immediately (1992) cease all internal studies and begin hiring bogus studies of false science paid to deny their own internal results, patterned on the tobacco industry successes doing the same - a model of calling a fact a lie and conspiracy (which 25 years later we now have toto and nod as evidence of their success!! - well done Exxon Mobil), and predict the end of the internal combustion/gasoline engine automobile by 2040 due to legislation and green energy technologies, in order to redirect their own business model....none of this in the interest of truth or science but in their own survivability and profitability. But why be burdened by facts? Or even the reality anyone can see and measure? Conspiracy theorists attract the narrow minded and the insane, as we see demonstrated so well.

It is sad that a topic with such potential and so much to consider related to the Papers cannot get beyond the myopic obsessions of nod and toto/Manny/Louis/JohnnyBones, loucol, etc., etc., etc. - the crazy town posse. Globalism is inevitable. Nationalism is a regressive delusion of self importance. The faults and failures of capitalism are irrelevant to both issues. Nod is so focused on the minutia of the moment, he can't see next week!!! And now I am told that carbon dioxide is not a greenhouse gas...but every plant and tree in the world knows it is exactly that!! Even Exxon Mobile considers it such and whether humanity "caused" global warming (which I doubt as well), EM is certainly convinced humanity is a major contributor to "greenhouse gasses" and the environmental effects.

I do well know that the world has response/equilibrium mechanisms and no one can yet predict how a planet will self modulate in reaction to any and all changes in light and heat and cold and snow and all other climatic/atmospheric phenomena that is typical of all planetary environmental cycles. But to deny climate change and the effects that brings is lunacy of a whole new dimension. And to suggest that carbon emissions have no contribution is ignorance of an extraordinary scale of hubris.

But, according to him...it's time we get busy! Who's not busy? What does he think others should be doing....now - and again - always obsessed with who is doing what and who's not? What is the point of this topic he began? To attack the inevitable - globalism? To defend the delusion of regression - nationalism? Always telling others what others should be doing...endlessly. Get a life and do something then. Is no one doing anything? Is there not progress? Who cannot see progress the last 500 years or 100 years or the last generation? What might progress be for someone who cannot see the progress already achieved?

I've never witnessed two people more amused with themselves and their sophomoric (more like moronic) "perspective" on reality from such a small and lonely island of crazy...but the good news is they appear to be having fun with one another regardless of the lack of intellect, information, and meaningful perspective on what might have been an interesting topic. Oh well...why expect anything more?

It's certainly an illuminating demonstration of what the UB describes as a short sighted and narrow minded time-unit perspective making today completely disassociated from the past and the future.

I appreciate Larry's attempt to bring attention to the self contradictory gibberish of toto which nod finds so relevant and enlightening.

Done here. Good grief. It seems no topic can escape the trolls of self adulation and admiration....watch the blind lead the blinder....down another rabbit hole....and another....and still another. Too bad. Globalism and the Urantia Book might have actually been an interesting topic...except for the one who began it.

Hi Brad. You sure seem anxious for some reason. What happened to it's a friendly universe? Feeling an anomaly pull you towards being like a bully again? What's up with you? Did your in-tolerant tolerance for any opinion that doesn't match yours get the better of you? Again?

Chill Bro. It's a friendly universe.

Do you think your kind of "friendly" reaction to something you find disagreeable, Mansonian? You know, acceptable in the friendly universe beyond?

Good grief is right. What a massive overreaction of base immaturity you've displayed. Again.

Let me put one thing in proper perspective for you Brad, since you're so very inclined to jump to conclusions.

I was working this morning. I'm very busy these days. So when I said it was time to get to work, I was signing off with what was at hand. Work.

Why are you always taking your cake out of the oven before it's been baked?

So your saying there's proof that the climate is changing? It's always changing. Is there proof that mankind is affecting this change?

read my first post on the subject and try to grasp it...i deliberately kept it simple for you and mandy

Things are going according to plan. Those who hide behind curtains pulling levers, pushing buttons and blowing smoke are being exposed.

lmao sure they're being exposed in your fantasy reality espoused by those who politicize, spin, distort and ignore science to fit their agenda...falsehood masquerading as truth is evident and evil.

Funny how some make claims about others but actually are just talking about themselves.

oh really now? let's see:

Quote:
I keep hearing "reports" that temperatures at the south pole are falling. If that's true, ice won't be melting in Antarctica because it's getting colder there, not warmer.

distort, spin and ignore science all in one

A simple question for you. Are there scientists out there maneuvering and manipulating the system to milk it in order to keep getting paid when they know it's just make work? Are there any?

This sounds like a great conspiracy theory.

Yes, this is true.

fanofVan wrote:

People see what they want to see and measure things where, when, and how they want. Or, you can take a nice picture.

fanofVan wrote:

Yes they can and they do it all of the time. It's called separation of Church and State, but only in their minds. Scientist are State sponsored and State paid. They call it Grants. Galileo started the trend, but he caved. He was not too fond of being the subject of a fondu.

fanofVan wrote:

Yes, but all in good time. Not by revolution or force at the business end of a weapon. And that weapon is a carbon tax. Read what TUB says about excessive taxation.

69:2.7 The first human foresight was directed toward the preservation of fire, water, and food. But primitive man was a natural-born gambler; he always wanted to get something for nothing, and all too often during these early times the success which accrued from patient practice was attributed to charms. Magic was slow to give way before foresight, self-denial, and industry.

We cannot have globalization when too many primitives are still around. They want to gamble with other peoples money.

fanofVan wrote:

What is a greenhouse effect? I know that it is hotter in a greenhouse but it is enclosed in glass panes. Try building a greenhouse with a CO2 enclosure. This is the first lie and nobody questions it. The entire atmosphere blankets the Earth. All gasses have the same effect. But how convenient to pick a gas that has carbon. Why not pick oxygen or nitrogen? Plants know about nitrogen fixation and respire with oxygen and produce oxygen by releasing it from CO2.

fanofVan wrote:

Why would you believe Exxon Mobile when they are part of your conspiracy theory? And you will have to blame plants and trees for the majority of greenhouse gasses because their activity is responsible for much more of the biomass than man can ever do with expiration, flatulence and SUVs.

fanofVan wrote:

It use to be global warming. Now its more conveniently called climate change. Climate change is otherwise known as weather. Nobody denies weather. And between ice ages there is global warming. So what?! I emit carbon in my breath and I do not deny this either. I have no clue as to what the contribution is or is not. But neither does anyone else and to suggest that climate scientists do know is ignorance of an extraordinary scale. What is for certain is that they want our money to conduct their studies on weather. They are paid by authoritarians that want to redistribute wealth by nefarious means. They do not believe in charity because they themselves are not charitable. They want something for nothing. They are the primitives of this world.

fanofVan wrote:
But, according to him...it's time we get busy! Who's not busy?

Some are busy doing the Father's business and other are busy thinking up ways to steal, cheat and lie about it all.

And if light is shining in your living room thank a chunk of coal and a coal miner. And although the "now" stands at the frontier of the past and the future, the future is uncertain. Science wants to make all sorts of predictions, from where a cannon ball will land, to the chance of rain tomorrow. They would also like to predict the roll of the dice or the numbers to the next Powerball. Scientists are the most prone to the temptation of making predictions because they are gamblers at heart. The problem is that they want state money to put down on the table. They do not believe in the "now" or the past, they are fixated on the future. That makes science prone to dogma. They must at least count on the taxpaying public on believing in them and their work. They revile competition and that is why they convene to oust any competitive thought.

Makalu wrote:

And would it not be nice if we didn't exist? It appears as though you too revile alternative thought. You would rather wack it on the head, no?

Makalu wrote:

Science is funded by politicians and you are surprised that it amounts to PR, spin and distortions? I never make the mistake of ignoring science. I make myself well aware of those out use pseudoscience to bankroll agendas that are evident, untrue and evil.

This is called Psychological Projection. This is a theory in psychology in which humans defend themselves against their own unconscious impulses or qualities by denying their existence in themselves while attributing them to others. It is also known as blame shifting.

Blame shifting is both primitive and childish. And this sort of activity is usurping the Creator, Who is the only One that can project His Image. Blame shifters project themselves. They do not reflect what God has projected.

there are some in some fields...but this is just you trying to ignore science again when you have no proof it's shoddy and no science to support your claims
