Hey Tasneem! :-) Good to see you.

MaryJo here's a response to those "tough sell" HERE

I read the post you linked to here, and I have to say you did a great job explaining something so reasonable to us here on this forum. Unfortunately, it looks like those folks on that forum are some of the hard-line Catholics, and as such, maybe just a little defensive about things. HAHA! I come from a long line of those die-hard Catholics, and brother, are they a tough sell!!!

The Urantia Book expands us so much, doesn't it? It is such a privelege, but at the same time, it is so frustrating not to be able to be heard by those who are so entrenched into their theologies, or whatever you call that...

Do you think they can make a connection to the truth as we know it, by the biblical examples I gave? Can you see connectiions bewteen what the bible teaches and TUB teaches on the pattern used for human creation?

P.938 - §9 The differences of nature, reaction, viewpoint, and thinking between men and women, far from occasioning concern, should be regarded as highly beneficial to mankind, both individually and collectively. Many orders of universe creatures are created in dual phases of personality manifestation. Among mortals, Material Sons, and midsoniters, this difference is described as male and female

Genesis 1:27

27 God created man in his image; in the divine image he created him; male and female he created them.

I mean In my mind God has always given us the truth, through the prophets religious teachers Jesus and now TUB. So once we recognize a relative truth we should be able to see it to some extent in the ancient writings.

Thank You All.
