Where you stand with Jesus

You asked: Is there anyway to know which psychic circle you are personally in or where you really stand in Jesus eyes?

Thanks so much for writing to us here at TruthBook with your question. We appreciate hearing from you.

As far as the psychic circles go, I am not aware of any Urantia Book teachings that tell us how to know which circles we have attained.

Perhaps if you re-read that section called the Seven Psychic Circles (click here) you might get some ideas that you didn't get on previous readings

In this section, we read:

110:6.6 Every decision you make either impedes or facilitates the function of the Adjuster; likewise do these very decisions determine your advancement in the circles of human achievement. It is true that the supremacy of a decision, its crisis relationship, has a great deal to do with its circle-making influence; nevertheless, numbers of decisions, frequent repetitions, persistent repetitions, are also essential to the habit-forming certainty of such reactions.

So, this is a good thing to know, and may help you in your evaluation of yourself in regards to your circles attainment. But again, I would recommend that you read, and re-read that section of the book for even more clues as to how circles are attained by the individual.

As far as where you really stand in Jesus' eyes...I think you can rest assured that no matter how far along you are on the spiritual path, Jesus loves you. Jesus knows your inner self; he knows your heart and what makes you tick; he knows your aspirations and desires; he hears your prayers; he understands you. Just stay close to him.

If you are a person who is concerned about your spiritual growth – which you seem to be – I feel sure that Jesus is aware, and wants to help you along. His Spirit of Truth resides in you and works alongside the Thought Adjuster to help you on your spiritual path. If you love Jesus, you can be sure that he loves you back! As long as you are not consciously resisting goodness, or deliberately choosing sin, I think it is safe to say that Jesus loves you just as much as anyone else. Remember, in God's eyes, all of us stand on an equal footing. We all have the same indwelling presence of God; we all have free will; we all have the power to choose good or evil. It is our response to life, and the decisions that we make that determine our destiny.

Here are some final words from The Urantia Book that might be helpful. Remember, the Spirit of Truth IS Jesus for us:

34:7.8 Having started out on the way of life everlasting, having accepted the assignment and received your orders to advance, do not fear the dangers of human forgetfulness and mortal inconstancy, do not be troubled with doubts of failure or by perplexing confusion, do not falter and question your status and standing, for in every dark hour, at every crossroad in the forward struggle, the Spirit of Truth will always speak, saying, "This is the way."

Thanks again for your note. I hope that this reply has been helpful; please feel free to write again any time.
